Terms and Conditions – Kruzcart

Welcome to Kruzcart. By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

 

 

1. General

1.1 Kruzcart is an online retail store offering products for sale to customers within India.

1.2 By placing an order with us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or are placing the order under the supervision of a parent/guardian.

1.3 We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

 

 

2. Orders

2.1 All orders placed through Kruzcart are subject to acceptance and availability.

2.2 We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.

2.3 Once an order is placed, a confirmation will be sent via email/SMS/WhatsApp with order details.

 

 

3. Shipping & Delivery

3.1 Estimated delivery time is 12–16 business days from the date of order confirmation.

3.2 While we strive to deliver within this timeframe, delays may occur due to:

  • Unforeseen circumstances (natural events, courier delays, customs, strikes, etc.)

  • Serviceability issues or restrictions related to specific pincodes/locations

  • Public holidays or high-demand periods

3.3 Kruzcart is not liable for delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. However, we will keep customers informed of any significant delays where possible.

3.4 Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Kruzcart is not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.

 

 

4. Returns & Refunds

4.1 Unboxing Video Requirement: To be eligible for any return, replacement, or refund claim, the customer must provide a clear, uncut unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened. Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted, as this is our primary method of verifying product condition upon delivery.

4.2 Damaged or Defective Products: If a product arrives damaged or defective, customers may request a return/replacement within  e.g., 48–72 hours of delivery, subject to submission of the unboxing video as proof.

4.3 Returns are only applicable for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. We do not offer returns for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size/preference, or buyer's remorse, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

4.4 Once a return request is approved, the customer will be provided instructions for the return process (pickup or self-ship, as applicable).

4.5 Refunds, once approved, will be processed within e.g., 7–10 business days to the original payment method, or store credit may be offered as an alternative.

4.6 Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and with all tags/accessories intact (where applicable).

 

 

5. Cancellations

5.1 Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped by contacting our support team.

5.2 Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will need to follow the standard return process (if eligible).

 

 

6. Payments

6.1 We accept payments through UPI, credit/debit cards,

6.2 All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes, as indicated at checkout.

 

 

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 Kruzcart shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

7.2 Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the relevant order.

 

 

8. Governing Law

8.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

8.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of  Ernakulam, Kerala.
